Shipping and Returns Policy

Why Isn’t a Freight Charge Included in the Total?

Wholesale orders can include a wide variety of items, which may require different shipping methods depending on the size, weight, and location of the delivery. To provide you with the most cost-effective shipping rate, we calculate the freight charge only after reviewing your order. Once we have determined the best shipping method, we will contact you with the final invoice amount before processing your payment. If you are paying by direct deposit, please wait for our confirmation email or call before making the deposit.

Shipping

Shipping charges are determined after your order has been picked and packed. This includes payments made via bank transfer or credit card. Below are estimated freight rates for various regions in the U.S. All charges are based on weight, and bulky items may attract higher fees:

Local Deliveries (within city limits): Starting at $12 per box (up to 25 lbs)
Regional Deliveries (within state or bordering states): Starting at $15 per box (up to 25 lbs)
Major Cities and Regional Centers (e.g., New York, Los Angeles, Chicago): Starting from $20 for the first 10 lbs, with an additional $5 for each extra 5 lbs.
Remote Locations and Alaska/Hawaii: Starting from $30 for the first 5 lbs, with an additional $6 per extra 5 lbs.

For larger orders with multiple boxes, we offer lower rates per box. We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping. If you have your own freight company account, you can arrange a pickup for your order. Pallet orders are typically handled by specialized freight carriers. If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for an event), please let us know in advance to ensure a timely delivery. Tracking details are available upon request.

Local Deliveries: Starting at $12 per box (up to 25 lbs)
Regional and National Deliveries: Starting from $20 for the first 10 lbs, with $5 per additional 5 lbs for major city deliveries; additional charges may apply for remote areas.

For multiple-box orders, we offer lower rates per box.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship international orders to Canada and Mexico, with a minimum order value of $1,000 USD. Shipping is managed via USPS, DHL, or through a customer-provided freight forwarder.
